Upon the application of the Proper Officer of the Crown made

before His Honour Sir William Rees Davies, Kt. Chief Justice in Chambers on the 8th, day of May 1916 and by the consent of

the Proper Officer of the Crown IT IS ORDERED that the sum of 84,291,99 being the proceeds of sale of certain cargo consigned to Messrs. Wm. Meyerink & Co. as set out in the affidavit of Charles William Malbeyse Beckwith sworn the 17th. day of August

1915 be released and paid out of court to Messrs. Alex. Ross

and Company the Liquidators of Messrs. W. Meyerink & Co.
